Fees & Payment

Individual counselling

£45 per one hour session for face-to-face counselling.
£35 per one hour session for face-to-face counselling for students, unemployed/unwaged and retired clients.
£40 per one hour session for telephone.

Couples counselling

£55 per one and a quarter hour session for face-to-face relationship counselling.

Employee assistance/workplace counselling

Please call me to discuss your needs. I can offer a cost-effective rate while working for your organisation on an ad hoc basis whenever you need my services.

Ways of paying

How to pay for your first session

Please call me to book your first appointment. First sessions must be paid for in advance by using a credit or debit card at the time of booking. Your payment will be processed using PayPal Virtual Terminal.

Privacy policy

I do not store credit or debit card details nor do I share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Booking conditions

Refunds for the first session cannot be given in any circumstances.

How to pay for second sessions onwards

You can pay for face-to-face individual and couples’ counselling from the second session onwards either:

• at each session, by cash
• or in advance of each session, by using PayPal below
• or by phoning me and paying with either your credit or debit card (please note that this also needs to be done in advance of the session taking place).

Individual telephone counselling must be paid for in advance.

Cancellations policy for the second session onwards

I require 48 hours notice of cancellation. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged for, as will appointments missed without notice.

Please note, if paying by PayPal there is a small transaction fee added to the price.
